About SBF Scott Brown Fitness
It is my intent to promote and then develop individuals fitness using their likes, goals and interest to help achieve a happier,
healthier community, whether it be weight loss or a bigger, better and stronger you! I have always been involved in fitness,
joining the army at 16. I then completed P company and also my physical training course. I then represented my regiment at boxing, athletics,
skiing and other sports.
Clear your mind of can't
Since leaving the Army, I worked as a bodyguard then moved back into fitness by founding SBF Bootcamp and also taking PT clients when needed.
During this time, I have trained teams such as Irvine Rugby Club in pre-season and also youth football.
I have also competed at world level at obstacle racing finishing 5th overall in World’s Toughest Mudder, a 24 hour endurance race.
I have been known to take on crazy charity challenged solo or setting up teams such as:
I have trained elite soldiers and also soldiers in rehab.
- Kayaked solo from Ardrossan to Arran
- 24 hours on a rowing machine with only limited toilet stops
- 1.5 mile runs every 30 minutes for 24 hours
- West Highland Way on a bike in under 18 hours
- National Peaks in 15 hours
- Cycled from Dundonald to Cairngorms in under 24 hours
- Took on an obstacle course blindfolded and guided a blind person round and obstacle course
